Thank you to all the Parent/Carer's who attended our Transition Coffee Morning. It was lovely to welcome so many families into School!

Kate, who is the Adult Transitions Lead from North Northants Council joined us and led the session, and was able to answer any questions Parents/Carers had. 

Please do not worry if you couldn't make this session. There will be other Coffee Morning opportunities in the future for families to come along and join us.
